Delivery Timeframe: We strive to ship out all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track the status of your delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 500. For orders below INR 500, a flat shipping rate of INR 50 will be charged.

Delivery Partners: We have partnered with Delhivery for our shipping and delivery services. Delhivery is a trusted and reliable logistics company that delivers to over 18,000 pin codes across India.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track the status of your delivery. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and viewing the order details.

Delivery Address: We deliver to all locations across India, except for a few remote areas where delivery may not be possible. Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address, including the pin code, at the time of placing your order. We will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of your order due to incorrect address details provided by you.

Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partner will make three attempts to deliver your order. In case the delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for a re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled. However, in case of any issues with the product or delivery, please contact our customer support team, and we will be happy to assist you.
